Supplier Code of Conduct

This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards expected from suppliers and business partners working with Subhan's Pharma.

Commitment to Ethical Business

Suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, and contractors working with Subhan's Pharma are expected to operate with honesty, transparency, and integrity in every business interaction.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and licensing requirements relevant to their goods, services, labor practices, transport activities, and records.

This includes compliance with quality, safety, anti-corruption, trade, and data protection obligations where applicable.

Quality and Product Integrity

Suppliers must maintain appropriate quality systems, traceability, handling controls, and documentation to protect product integrity across the supply chain.

Any quality incident, deviation, suspected falsification, or material non-conformance must be reported promptly.

Labor and Human Rights

Suppliers must provide lawful working conditions and must not use child labor, forced labor, abusive treatment, discrimination, or unsafe employment practices.

Workers must be treated with dignity and respect, and compensation and working hours must comply with applicable law.

Anti-Bribery and Conflicts of Interest

Suppliers must not offer, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper incentives. Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed promptly.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Subhan's Pharma may request information reasonably necessary to assess supplier compliance with this Code. Failure to meet these standards may result in corrective action requests, suspension, or termination of the business relationship.
